RISER leverages deep local knowledge to source, secure, and maximize the value of land opportunities for investors, builders, and development partners.

Wesley brings over 25 years of experience in real estate acquisitions and development, with a particular passion for sourcing off-market land deals. He has worked across the GP and LP spectrum, partnering with master-planned community developers, institutional multifamily sponsors, national and regional homebuilders, and family offices.

His expertise spans the full development lifecycle — entitlements, permitting, design, capital markets, construction oversight, and dispositions — but his core strength lies in identifying high-potential land opportunities ahead of the market.

Strategy

RISER is focused on sourcing and securing high-potential land across the Southeast, with a primary focus on Florida, South Carolina, Georgia, and North Carolina. We target both entitled and raw land positioned for future residential or multifamily development.

Land Acquisition

We target parcels suitable for single-family communities, market-rate multifamily, build-to-rent, luxury spec homes, townhomes and infill condos — both entitled and raw land.

Joint Ventures

While our core strength lies in land acquisition, we selectively partner with experienced builders and developers through joint ventures, contributing both capital and market insight.
